The engagement typically runs eight to ten weeks. That is when the improvements are identified, quantified, and implemented. Beyond that we remain engaged for the full twelve months to make sure the improvements hold and do not drift back over time.
Most MSP engagements produce meaningful results across both areas we work - cost containment and financial visibility. The specific findings vary by business. The categories rarely do.
The fee is paid from the improvement itself over twelve months. From the first month you are net positive. After the fee period the full improvement carries forward to your bottom line permanently.
